Thus, they will be more culturally sensitive and socially aware as they develop an understanding of the value of living in a diverse society. ♦ ♦ Task-Based Approach: Carrying out tasks helps develop comprehension and production skills. When students think of meaningful topics and use the language to perform a specific task, they learn more effectively than just by repeating or learning structures in isolation. In Here We Go! , projects are considered a means by which students can use their prior knowledge, combined with what they have recently learned in order to reach a meaningful goal: in this case, a product.
